Experience
Paul Ashton RIBA built up his career working within a wide variety of construction sectors such as; public buildings, hotels, art galleries, eco-dwellings, industrial sites, transport & residential. He worked on projects of all scales with contract values ranging from £20k up to £35m. At Austin-Smith:Lord he was co-project architect on the BIQ designed, Grade I listed, Bluecoat Arts Centre in Liverpool. He was project architect and designer on the award winning Salford Central Station for Network Rail. He was also a concept designer on the office fit-out of the Grade I listed Port of Liverpool Building. At Union North he worked on the Crown estates award winning Midland Hotel in Morecambe for Urban Splash. He was also project architect on a scheme to redevelop an existing 1960s block into 400 flats in Leeds also for Urban Splash.
