Feasibility Study: Chelford Green Belt
We were commissioned to produce a Feasibility Study for the former bowling green site in Chelford, a picturesque Cheshire village known for its historic homes and rural setting. The site can be considered a “grey belt” location (technically within the Green Belt, but previously developed as a bowling green) giving it some scope for sensitive redevelopment. Our study proposed 5 new dwellings was submitted as a Pre-Application to Cheshire East Council to provide the client with clear guidance on planning opportunities and constraints.
