Nature: New-build apartment building with ground floor commercial

PAA were employed to produce a number of concepts designs and a feasibility study for a prominent site Manchester City Centre close to the university.

This site bookends an existing terrace which was curtailed following master planning interventions undertaken in the 1960s.
