Construction Package: Stockport

We recently completed a Building Regulations and Construction package for a developer converting an existing office building in Stockport into nine flats.

The building had already secured Planning Permission through the Prior Approval process, allowing the office-to-residential conversion to proceed. Our work involved developing the proposals into a detailed construction package suitable for Building Regulations approval and construction, helping the developer move from the planning stage towards delivering the completed conversion.
