What about the site notice?
Some Prior Approval applications require a site notice to be displayed.
If your application requires one, you can put it up yourself at no extra cost.
We will provide the notice and tell you where and when it needs to be displayed.

How it works

We look at the previous approval, proposal, planning history and available supporting information.
3. Pay the fixed fee
If the application is suitable for our straightforward resubmission service, the professional fee is £600.
4. We prepare the application
We reuse the previous information wherever possible and update what is required.
5. You deal with the site notice, or we arrange it
You can display the notice yourself, or pay £100 for us to arrange local installation where a notice is required.
6. We submit the application
We complete the Planning Portal submission and send the application to the Local Planning Authority.
