Pre App: Doncaster

We have recently prepared a pre-application submission for a proposal for four new houses in Doncaster.

The pre-application process provides a relatively low-cost way for a client to gauge the likely level of support from the Local Planning Authority before committing to a full Planning Application. It can also help identify key planning risks at an early stage and inform how a proposal should be developed before further investment is made.
