Listed Building Consent: Port Sunlight
We have recently submitted a combined Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent application for alterations to a Grade II listed house within the Port Sunlight Conservation Area, Wirral.
Port Sunlight is a planned village established by William Hesketh Lever to provide housing for workers at the nearby Lever Brothers soap works. The village is recognised for its Arts and Crafts character and the variety of traditional architectural styles used throughout the settlement.
Around 25% of the projects we work on are within Conservation Areas, with around 10% involving Listed Buildings.
